Windows 7 64bit?

So... saw this on Enworld, and looks cool. But can not get it to work in Windows 7 64bit. I have the latest (32bit) java installed and when i run the .bat file it says: "java" is not recognized as an internal or external command.

I have attempted to use the 64bit java but that did not seem to work.

Am I missing something simple?

Do you know where you Java

Do you know where you Java 32 bit is installed? You can edit the .BAT to point to the correct Java version. You can test this using this command. Find where your 32-bit java is and try (while in the VCC install directory):

<path to java>\java -jar vccrun.jar

Also on this thread some user commented that you should use the 64-bit version. Take a read on that. I'll investigate this further and try to clarify the information. Unfortunately I don't have Windows 7.

Try this launcher

I would like you to give this launcher a try. It's based on Launch4J, and should find the correct JVM. I'm not sure it will work. Just place it in the same directory you have vcc.bat and double click on it. It should try to find a suitable JVM...
