Loading Party files from previous version does nothing

Description

If you attempt to load a Party/Encounter file form version prior to 1.0.0 nothing happens. On the log you will see a message indication an invalid format. But nothing shows up on the GUI.

Also if a file in the new format is loaded but not all combatants are in the VCC Compendium, only existent entries are loaded. You receive no notification that the entries are missing. This can generate confusion.

Implemented extra logic to verify and report problems in the files. It now reports missing entries (but not the actual entries) and invalid file formats.
