Sort and search

Now that I have a large set of monsters in VCC, it would be nice to sort and search. Say I wanted to build a module for my campaign and wanted only aberrations between levels 8 - 10. Currently this cannot be done. I would have pre-build the module in Masterplan, RPGM or some other such software and then build the parties. This wastes time as I have to accomplish the task twice. Also, it would be nice to build the info in RPGM or Masterplan and grab the info from there for VCC and have a dialog pop-up if VCC does not have the monster in its database.

This was almost exacte same thing I just submitted a request for.

Search option to refine possibilities would be great, Though I be happy to be able to place them into folders, could make a folder for all gobline or 1 for all the monsters found in lvl 1 of dungeon x or whatever. mainly just need some way to quickly find monsters we are looking for to build the encounters (parties)

The search field is a really good idea. Would you kindly create feature request for this.

The integration with RPGM and Masterplan requires some study. We have to see if there are ways to associate on format to the other. But we don't want to make VCC dependent on other software. Specially commercial ones (that include the D&D Insider).
