Power form character and monster should tracked, this should include:

  • Spend Daily and Encounter powers;
  • Track rechargeable powers;
  • Possibly link power to effects;

I'm merging the resquest #179: There is demand to track used powers to this issue. The new request should handle the following:

  • Mark Daily and Encounter powers as used;
  • Track rechargeable powers (roll dice on recharge);
  • Possibly link power to effects;
  • Track second wind use (and similar default powers);
